PBMares, LLP, a Top 100 accounting and consulting firm, is expanding its geographic footprint with the addition of two RSM US LLP (RSM) North Carolina offices. The firms have entered into a definitive agreement for PBMares to acquire substantially all the assets of RSM’s New Bern, N.C., and Morehead City, N.C., offices, subject to certain terms and conditions.

PBMares LLP continues to rank in the top 100 of all public accounting firms in the US, improving its position to 95th, according to both 2020 Inside Public Accounting Firms Top 100 Accounting Firms, and Accounting Today 2020 Top 100 Firms.
