William “Billy” Rexrode, CPA (Richmond office, assurance service)
Rexrode joined the Firm in 1993 and specializes in audit and assurance services for construction and hospitality companies, providing financial reporting and consulting services. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Bronach Branan, CPA, ACMA (Fairfax office, assurance team)
Branan has 10 years of public accounting experience and provides auditing and assurance services to the firm’s not-for-profit, hospitality, construction, government contractor and employee benefit plan clients. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in economics and Master of Science in finance from Queens University Belfast in Northern Ireland.
Joanne “Jo” Wolfley, CPA (Newport News office, tax service)
Wolfley has more than 25 years of public accounting experience and provides corporate, partnership, LLC tax return preparation, accounting services and payroll support to businesses and not-for-profit organizations. She graduated cum laude from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.
Lorilei “Lori” Roberts, CPA, MSBA, CGMA (Fairfax office, tax service)
Roberts joined the firm in 1998 and works primarily with business owners and individuals in the areas of tax services, financial reporting and advisory services. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Northern Illinois University and her Master of Science in business administration from Boston University.
Lynn M. Eller, CPA, PFS (Fairfax office, tax service)
Eller is a part of the Firm’s international tax practice and her knowledge of complex international tax areas enables her to advise businesses expanding abroad. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
Mary B. Oder, CFP, EA (Newport News office, tax service)
Oder has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and income tax preparation and has served the regulatory compliance needs of the Firm’s clients for more than 15 years. She received a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in management from Meredith College.
