9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
This event has occurred.
2020 has been a difficult year for nonprofit organizations. In difficult times, financial innovation and risk mitigation are necessary to survive and thrive when true recovery begins. During this summit, we will present the issues, trends, key takeaways, and even opportunities we have seen while serving nonprofits since the COVID-19 pandemic started.
Join PBMares’ partner and not-for-profit team leader, Bo Garner, CPA, MBA and Andrew Basile, CPA as they team up with other local nonprofit leaders to share their experiences working through the challenges of the pandemic. PBMares’ session, Post-Pandemic Financial Insights and Strategies for Nonprofits will explore experiences (good and bad) among nonprofits, strategies for how nonprofits can plan cash flow and budgets, innovate and safeguard financial health during times of change to be better poised for financial sustainability and mission delivery in 2021 and beyond.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the key issues and trends for nonprofits in a post-pandemic environment
- Understand the resources and support available to nonprofits for a post-pandemic recovery and success
- Understand how to take a proactive approach for success
This “virtual” event is sponsored by the TCC Academy for Nonprofit Excellence– a partnership of Tidewater Community College and the Hampton Roads Community Foundation.
