How to Whitelist the PBMares Domain

Thank you for helping PBMares ensure a smooth electronic delivery process for invoices and other client communications.

To add PBMares (or any sender) to your Safe Senders List, follow these instructions.

Microsoft/Outlook

Newer versions

1. On the Home tab, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.

2. On the Safe Senders tab, check the Automatically add people | e-mail to the Safe Senders List box.

Office 2010

1. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.

2. On the Safe Senders tab, select the Automatically add people | e-mail to the Safe Senders List check box.

Google/Gmail

On your computer:

1. On your computer, open Gmail.

2. On the left navigation pane, click More if you don’t see the Spam link.

3. Click Spam.

4. Select the message to whitelist.

5. At the top, click ‘Not spam’.

Gmail on Android device:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.

2. Note: If you don’t have the Gmail app, download it.

3. In the top left, tap the menu button (3 horizontal lines) and then select Spam.

4. Select the message to whitelist.

5. In the top right, tap the menu button (3 vertical dots) and then select ‘Report not spam’.

Gmail on iPhone/iPad:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gmail app.

2. Note: If you don’t have the Gmail app, download it.

3. In the top left, tap Menu and then Spam.

4. Select the message to whitelist.

5. Tap More and then Not spam.

Tip: To stop a message from being sent to Spam in the future, you can:

· Add the sender to your Contacts.

· Add a filter to important messages landing in your Spam box.
