Bo began his career at PBMares in 2007, joining as an intern and growing into the leader of the Not-for-Profit Team. Over the years, his commitment to building strong client relationships, sharing industry knowledge through thought leadership, and optimizing efficiency for both the firm’s not-for-profit practice and its clients has established him as a recognized authority in the industry.
He has been featured as a guest columnist in prominent publications, including Guidestar Blog and Virginia Business, and regularly contributes to Inside Business as a not-for-profit expert, covering topics such as corporate giving trends and upcoming changes in nonprofit financial statements. In addition, Bo has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 award winner by CPA Practice Advisor and Inside Business, as well as received the VSCPA’s Top 5 Under 35 award and Virginia Business magazine’s Super CPA recognition in the Young CPA category.
