Lars joined PBMares in 2022. Throughout his 13-year career he has had the privilege to serve clients across various industries and sizes, ranging from multi-national corporations to closely held limited liability companies. This experience has taught Lars that a “one size fits all” approach doesn’t work. As such, Lars strives to understand each client’s needs and business, taking time to explain not only the “what” but also the “why.”
He was chosen to participate in the prestigious Leadership Wilmington, an organization with the mission of informing, developing and engaging committed leaders by broadening their understanding of and involvement in issues and opportunities facing North Carolina.
Outside of work Lars is an avid scuba diver and has logged over 100 dives while spearfishing in the blue water off the coast of North Carolina. His next goal is to find a megalodon tooth.
