Mike Crichton’s journey into tax advisory at PBMares is grounded in a lifelong connection to the DC area and a knack for solving problems—whether they involve numbers or finding out-of-the-box solutions for his clients. Growing up in Olney, Maryland, Mike was drawn to the multifaceted world of accounting early on, a path that led him to Virginia Tech to earn his BS in Accounting.
Since 2009, he worked with a top regional firm, contributing to client success and talent recruitment. He joined PBMares in 2024 as part of a strategic merger that became fully operational in early 2025.
