He joined PBMares in 2024 as part of a strategic merger that became fully operational in early 2025. He has over three decades of experience in managing audit and accounting engagements, with extensive experience in employee benefit plan audits and mergers and acquisitions. Joe also brings a background in federal and state tax-related compliance, consulting, and planning. His expertise spans identifying tax-saving strategies, optimizing entity structures, and safeguarding taxpayer assets.
