Lars joined PBMares in 2022 and brings more than 15 years of public accounting experience serving privately held and private equity–backed companies across a range of industries. Over the course of his career, he has learned that an effective audit isn’t one-size-fits-all. Rather than taking a rigid or impersonal approach, he tailors each engagement to the way his clients operate—designing efficient audit processes, communicating proactively, and working collaboratively to minimize disruption while maintaining high-quality, independent assurance.
