Bronach brings 30 years of accounting and consulting experience across public accounting, private industry, and global consulting roles. Her career includes 10 years in private industry and consulting in London and Ireland, 20 years in public accounting in the U.S., as well as management consulting experience at Big 4 firms focused on ERP implementations. That mix of industry, audit, and consulting experience sparked a lasting interest in process improvement, which now sits at the core of her work.

Within the firm’s Risk Advisory Services practice, Bronach helps organizations streamline processes, strengthen controls, and improve how work gets done. She applies Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver practical, sustainable operational improvements and leads firm-wide initiatives focused on continuous improvement. She also chairs the Consulting Service Line Subcommittee for PBMares’ AI First initiative, contributing to the firm’s approach to practical, responsible AI adoption. In addition, she supports Business Process Improvement Insights, helps shape departmental training, and regularly presents on risk advisory and audit topics.
